Neko sat down and took in a deep breath. She looked at Kelinna, her green eyes meeting Kelinnas.
" Well, a while ago I was out at the ruins waaaaay outside the city." She started. " I ended up being attacked by a bunch of raiders. Some of my friends got involved, and we all ended up in a cave sytem. There was a temple there, and some other stuff. " She stopped for a momnet, wondering what she should skip over. She gave a mental nod and continued, leaving out a large amount of what happened. "Rawling here found two vials of eco, one pure light and one pure dark, and we need to get a book on them. If I've gussed correctly on how dangerous these are, then the tomes that we need that would have been in the temple are here, hidden away somewhere." She looked at the librarian, hoping she could help.

As she listened Kelinna was mentally going through the various books/tomes she had read that was locked up on the third floor. "Hm...I don't know Neko, there are several books here about light and dark eco. Recommending a book would be tricky and I'd hate to send you on a wild goose hunt..."

Chewing on her bottom lip for a few moments as she thought she motioned Neko and Rawling to follow her. Walking up the stairs she continued to the third floor, the stairs ended right at the door itself. Taking out a small key she unlocked the door and walked in, the smell of aged books filled the large room.

On the various desks where papers sprawled everywhere as well as a few books. "Here...Here is where your best chance at finding what you want to know, all I ask it that you only look at the books about light and dark eco and no others." Her voice was stern and strict as she spoke.

Neko nodded, making a mental promise to herself. Then she thought of something better.
" I promise we won't look at any of the tomes that aren't about light and dark eco." She voiced aloud, echoing her thought. She smiled, looking over the books, wondering which were the ones she needed.

" Thank you so much Kelinna. I really appreciate the help." And I din't expect this problem to come up on the first day working here. She thought to herself. She could feel the back of her hands spinning, the tatoos showing her worry. She took a deep breath in, trying not to be nervous.

Rawling took a quick look around the room amazed that this library would have this. After Kelinna ordered to lok at only what they needed to and nodded, "No problem. But out of curiosity. Why? Whats the worst that could happen?"

Shrugging her shoulders, Kelinna flipped her long hair over her shoulders. Looking Rawling directly in the eyes "well first off it is the rule that was told to be my the previous librarian and second some of the books have curses or spells on them that activate when you open them.

If you happen to find a book about the light and dark eco but feel it could be cursed please bring it to me immediately, I am still trying to document those that are." She looked over at the pile of books with various labels on them or notes next to them.

Outside the library a expensive looking car pulled up, the windows tinted completely black. From the drivers side a well dressed man stepped out and made his way to the back of the vehicle, to open the side door. Giving a slight nod of his head as a elaborately dressed woman stepped out of the car, Indigo smiled at the man "just circle the block or something Sebastian I shall be a while."

The man nodded his head "yes Sir" Indigo frowned at that, the wide brim of her hat shading her face "how many times have I told you say 'yes ma'am'."

Crossing her arms she started up the steps, her long dress brushing against the stones as she walked.

Neko nodded to Kelinna, and turned around to the books. The were hundreds of them here, and she only needed a few.

" I guess we're going to have to find them by sense." She said to Rawling. She closed her eyes, looking for something that felt like Evey. The feeling of light eco.

There was a book to her right, and she went over to it, picking it up.

Rawling facepalmed at the thought of "curses". But if Kelinna didn't want us looking through all of these books then he won't.

"Yeah... Sense." Rawling channeled darkk eco to his hand. It turned pale and formed dakr talons with a purple aura surrounding it. He hover his hand over the books to see if he could find anything suspiscious.

Indeed. Some of the books actually reacted to his dark eco Making it more intense. "This is unreal... Find anything?"

Lionna casually opened the door to the libaray, she was on a mission to find some books about Blue Eco, well Eco in general.
As she walked up to the desk she placed an elbow on the counter top. "Ello, is anyone here?"

Watching the two work, Kelinna took a small step away from Rawling as he activated his dark eco. Ever since she could remember she had a horrible reaction to the substance, her own eco would flair uncontrollable if she ever made physical contact with the power. "I wish you two luck...I will be down stairs seeing if either of you need me."

Heading down the stairs she closed her eyes briefly, calming down the eco inside her that swirled wildly in her mind wanting to reach out and purify the dark eco. Reaching the bottom floor she saw a woman standing at the front desk, smiling she headed in the strangers direction. "Hello...How may I help yo..." She was unable to finish her sentence due to a loud squee of happiness. "Kelinna my dear!"

Indigo ran up to the green haired girl, picking up her skirt a bit to run as fast as the bustle would let her. Scooping up the smaller woman she shook her back and forth "aw! My little sister, how are have you been today? Are you busy cause it doesn't look like it! Lets run off and grab some food okay!"

Indigo continued to ramble on and on, it took a small cough from Kelinna to pause the non-stop talking. The tall woman blinked in confusion, then looked around seeing a few eyes on her and her 'hostage. She then looked down at Kelinna and saw that she was a bright red "Indigo...I can't breath..." Kelinna whimpered softly while Indigo continued to hold her.

Neko looked at the book in her hand. She decided that she would try to read this, and hope that it didn't kill her. Light eco wasn't exactly good for her.

She opened the book, and a voice screamed at her.
" CLOSE THE BOOK"

She slapped it closed, her short hair ruffled. She took a breath in, trying to reach her dark eco. It was gone.

" Lets put that one in the cursed pile." She muttered, setting the book on an empty table.
