Starus noticed an uneasy vibe from the girl. "Are you alright, ma'am? Is there something wrong?"

Starus was totally unprepared for trouble. But he was ready. Even though he was unarmed he still had his martial arts to defend himself and the people he had sworn to protect. Even if it is on the day off duty.

[Neki]

Neko smiled.
" I've been woking here since this morning, but I was given the official notice of employment about a week ago." She took in a deep breath.
" I once worked in a different smaller library a few years ago, but I like it here better." She went back to looking at the eco weapon books. She could feel a familiar feel, that reeked of something she had long thought forgotten
Dr. Gutoro Naven..........

Neko nodded.
" I'll be up to the front desk in one moment." She turned back to the shelves, searching for books about blue eco. She grabbed three off the shleves, mentally noting others that would also be good.
" Ok, the first one is about basic uses of blue eco, and some intermidiate." She showed him the clean light blue cover of the book.
" The second is about using blue eco for defense." The book was a dark blue, with lighter blue lettering.
" And the third is about blue eco for offense." The last book was the most worn, the cover deep black with deep silver lettering.

Neko handed Enzio the book and followed the two men up to the desk so that she could check out thier items. Pyra was talking to Kelinna and someone she didn't know at the moment. She smiled and moved behind the desk, realizing she was still holding the other books
Why do I do things like this. I guess feeling Dr. Naven really put me off. Man am I glad I got out of there. And I realize that thats whats putting Kelinna off. It the same color as the thing she's trying to hide. Maybe I'll aske her about it sometime. I think I should just go walk around the library after this and memorize where all the books are so that I don't have to use my map all the time. Neko realized she was thinking too deeply and brought herself back to the present.
" Are you ready to check out?" She asked. She looked at Enzio and smiled.
" How's Isa by thee way? Has her sarcasm goten to you yet?" She gave a smal lugh, and almost forgot her troubles for a moment, but only for a moment

With a rough cloak thrown over his shoulders and the hood pulled over his head Mallock slowly made his way through the city of Haven. He didn't trust his fellow hora'quan to spying on the humans, though part of it could have something to do with them being big, mean, and gruesome looking. At least he looked to some degree like a human.
Humans walked past him, giving him no real notice. He confidently walked among the humans, observing everything that his fiery eyes could take in.
As he walked his stomach began to growl with hunger. He had little to eat that morning, arriving in the morning before the sun had risen.
Rounding the corner he saw a hamburger stand where the owner was in a heated discussion with a customer accusing him that the food was not properly cooked. Mallock walked by the booth and grabbed two patties that were on the grill. No one was the wiser as he walked off.
As he continued on, tears began to fill his eyes as a burning sensation filled his hand. Diving into an alley he tossed the two hamburger patties onto a yellow eco blade he formed in his free hand while shaking the one that had been moments before hold the burgers.
"Hot, hot, hot!" he growled, frantically wiping off hot grease from his hand. With added curses he left the alley once his hand had cooled.
As he walked he took a bite from one of the patties. He chewed it with a look of disgust, then with difficulty, swallowed.
"How do these humans eat such rubbish!" he protested to himself, taking another reluctant bite.
He forced the needed food down his gullet, happy when he finally finished the last portions. The taste of the foul food lingered on his tongue as he continued through the city.
After an hour or so of trekking through the city's alleys and streets he came to a large building. Large steps moved up to it, giving the appearance of importance. Most human structures that had some kind of importance were built big with some kind of grandeur in mind.
As he studied the structure he saw the words, Haven City Library above the main entrance of the building.
Mallock nodded his head as he though, Library, library, what is a...
A grin grew on the hora'quan leader's face. A library could be a very interesting place to look for all kinds of knowledge on humans, even perhaps, their weaknesses.
With his grin still intact, Mallock pulled his hood farther over his head, hiding his burning eyes as he began to walk up the steps of the library.

[kelinna]

Shaking her head, Kelinna smiled a weak one at best. "Let me get your books for you sir, It will just be a moment." Grabbing a small trolley she pushed it down the aile's, placing several selections of books for the man and his son to look over.

Pausing as she grabs a book of the History of Haven City she ran her fingers over the title, before adding it to the large collection of books. A vast assortment from KG history to the tiniest information regarding Mar.

Pushing the full trolley over to the two she smiles brightly at them "here are your books sir, and if you need anything else please don't hesitate to ask." Making sure they had everything they needed Kelinna walked down the flight of stairs to the bottom floor, noticing the sun light out side she smiles at Neko.

"I think today is a lovely day to leave the doors open..." Walking over to the large doors she pulls them open, allowing the sun to shine in more. Jumping slightly in surprise as she notices a figure walking up the steps she smiles and waves politely "hello there sir." Though the voice in the back of her mind was telling her to be careful due to Dr.Navan being so close....

[Tatsu]

Nephra’s hair bounced a little with each step she took. The Diva was on her way to the library to read some more about the past lives of Singers, and Entertainers. Maybe also sneak in a little fantasy book…not that she would need it. In her arms sleeping fairly well was her beloved daughter, Rose-Remi. Nephra’s thoughts strayed from Haven lifting into the great air to where her husband would be. She thought he would be getting ready for her concert that took place tomorrow butt hen again why would he start so early?

She turned the corner only to find a cloaked man walking, she called. “Tatsu?” But then she saw the cloak more clearly; it wasn’t the Sages Light Cloak. “Oh sorry sir.” She bowed her head once she was about five feet from him; lifting her head slowly she turned to see Kelinna, a smile rose. “Kelinna!” Her voice lifted into the air. Raising her free arm she waved and started to walk up.

Tatsu slowly turned each corner, wearing a robe than his normal attire, not wanting to be spotted by civilians who loved him for what he was. He had his eyes closed, ears wide open for any sounds that were to hit him and feet moving without a sound. He learned that every week or so Neph would g to the library to catch up on her history and other teachings. He had a big surprise for her but didn’t know whether he should give it to her now or later…much later. Haven has been getting better but wars were still going and more Metal Heads were sneaking in, for a week he had to stay out of his only to hunt Metal Heads since his job, as a Sage was to protect the people.


Remi was fast asleep enjoying the sun and her mother’s soft arms with the clothes wrapping around her.

As Mallock proceeded up the stairs he was startled as the doors swung open revealing a green hair human female. She waved a greeting to him, then thinking fast Mallock, brought his hands up under his cloak and bowed, trying to give the appearance of some kind of silent monk.
But his attempt seemed to bring more attention as he heard someone call out to his direction. Mallock rolled his eyes as he turned to another human female with a child in her arms. The woman apologized, apparently getting him confused with someone else. Mallock returned the the woman's bowed with a slight bow of his own, not sure what to do with all this new attention.
Nervously, Mallock turned and started making his way up the stairs again, thinking that coming here wasn't the best thing he had ever thought of doing.
Mallock reached the doors at the top of the stair and stepped through, trying not to bring too much attention to himself from the green haired human or anyone else in the building.
Walking a few steps into the library Mallock stopped and looked around. Books where everywhere, rows upon rows of books. All full of knowledge that could be used in destroying the humans.
A wide grin spread across Mallocks' face as he looked around --
The the grin fell as a thought crossed his mind, Where do I start...
Mallock scratched his head as he looked around, his plans stopped in it tracks by something so simple as a starting place.

Neko smiled as she was hugged by Isabel. She looked apolegeticly to Kelinna and Enzio.
"A great day to leave the doors open." She replied to The head librarian. She smiled and wondered who it was that was coming inside.
She held out the books she had just run through the system, giving them to Enzio to take home.
" So, bfeore we were rudely interrupted, Isa is how?" She smiled at Isabel, motioning her to wait a moment.

[kelinna]

He had seen her, yes and she had see him once again. His lovely experiment looked healthy and well that was good. He needed her healthy for the experiments...He needed her to be stronger enough to take the pain that he had in mind for his little toy.

Gorturo stayed in the alley way not coming out only staring up at the window where his green haired girl was only not to long ago. "Soon my dear...Soon you will go through the ultimate test...And then everyone will see my brilliance."

Smiling Kelinna returned the wave noticing the singer with her small child approaching the library, "hello Nephra." Nodding her head in the stranger in the cloak she noticed that he seemed lost. Walking up to the cloaked stranger she smiled politely "sir you seem lost...Is there anything I can help you with?"
