Darkness at the Ruins

Rawling nodded his head,"Yeah I see him. Doesn't surprise me though. The energy in this place is... potent." It wasn't the word he was looking for but it would do.

Rawling seemed serious. He wasn't excited nor angry. He was focused. He was trying to read this new place and get a feel for it. He casually walked by the spirit, "Thanks for the light."

He watch Pyro go one way, "Be careful."

And Neko went another direction. He didn't want her going alone. From what he has seen from her, Neko didn't have good control over her eco. He jogged some until he was over her right shoulder.

"Figured you could use some support in case things got out of hand. I know how you are with your eco. Don't want to see this place come down on us," He chuckled with that remark almost as if he was making fun of her.

Neko laughed at the joke.
" Yeah, I would proboably bring the whole cave system down on our heads. I have a long way to go till I can control my dark eco. My green and blue don't even compare to it." She put her hand on the wall, dragging it as she walked.
' There is something strange about this cave. I think I've been here before." She closed her eyes, letting her feeling make a path for her.

Rawling noticed how Neko was exploring. It was as if she knew where she was going. Rawling could only keeps his wits about him and learn as he went.

"Man. When will the tunnel end." Right when he finished the statement... the was a split. "Dammit. Really? How many paths are th..." He was interupted with a strange sensation. when he looked down the right path he found a tranquil feeling in his mind. When he turned to the left, his head started pounding.

"Argh!" Rawling started holding his head. "Neko, which way are you going? I think I gotta go that way. He pointed at the right tunnel." He looked into it's darkness and his head stopped hurting.

"Yeah. I'm going that way. Here," he pulled out a small, square device from his pocket. "Me and my...dad, I guess. Used these when we had to split up in the woods. Press this button,"He held it up and pointed at the small orange button,"If you're in trouble. I'll come find you." He held the transmitter out to her.

A man was patrolling the desert, his blue eyes pierced through the horizon. With every footstep he wished to go faster, his knuckles sparkled and a grin decorated his face. A gush of wind flew freely through his hair, growing stronger by the second. The man started to speed up, running, then racing on top of the sand. It was the blue Eco sage known as the "speed demon"

Neko grabbed the communicator.
" I have to go this way." She said in hollow tones, her eyes glazed. They were a light blue, the color of eco almost. She had never changed with anything other than dark eco, but she had a strange feeling. Something was going to happen soon. Something big. She could feel the pull of more blue eco from another direction, but she ignored it. She had a tunnel to explore.

Great clouds of sand emerged out the land as db stoped, draging along about 8 meters before coming to a halt. His dark eco rejoiced as his light eco wanted nothing more than to get away. It was a strange cave which he sensed to be extremely strange. (Of course I'm not planing to go inside) he tried to tell himself, he heard voices.... several voices from within. He decided to stand outside for a while given he had yet to have any more pressing matters

Rawling noticed the strange behavior that Neko was giving off to him. But he disregarded it. He too had a tunnel to explore.

"Just be careful, ok. I want to see ll of us get out of here."

Rawling began walking alone and the tunnel getting dark, Rawling focused a ball of lightning in his left hand creating a blue light that danced all over the tunnel's walls. The light revealed a beautiul sparkle that littered to rocky environment. Rawling looked more closely to see that he was surrounded by small peices of diamonds, saphires, rubies, emeralds. A rainbow display of color cover his surrounding.

"This is incredible. God I wish Neko could see this," he said admiring the gorgeous display. Just then he heard a shifting and rumble of rocks furhter into the tunnel. Rawling drew out his white pistol and pointed it forward.

"This way Mr. Vallon," An eerie woman's voice echoed down the tunnel.

"How does she know a name that even I haven't known all my life?" He thought to himself.

He had to get to the bottom of this. And he was.

DBs eyes widened, for he could absolutely feel a powerful blast of blue eco, which aroused his curiosity. Yet he was not gonna stupidly enter the unknown for the simple reason of knowing, (ill just stay right here, sooner or later they will reveal themselves) he thought

Neko was no longer seeing anything. She was smiling, walking forward to the light eco crystal she knew would fit into the dark one. They were both very small, but she put them together.
There was a flash of blinding light, and Neko felt as if she were on fire. She fell over, her blood burning.
Child a voice said to her
I have looked for you for a long time, and your Brither as well. There is a destiny in the two of you that must be carried out. Though it may seem inconsequential, it affects the few people around you. Go through here and meet your brother. There was a bright light, a portal. She stepped through it....
And came out on the other side nect to Rawling.
Once again the Vallons are together. The pieces of the puzzle may now be put into place and the dream realized at last. The womans voice faded away and Neko smiled sheepishly at Rawling.
" I'm guessing she knew us from somewhere." She said at last.

Neko being teleported startled Rawling. He had his gun drawn on herbut when he saw that it was Neko he lowered it.

"Yeah, I guess so. I want some answers. Let's keep going," Rawling took a step,"Oh yeah," He raised his sparking hand towards he tunnel walls to reveal the rainbow of jewels encrusted in the rock. "Simply, beautiful isn't it?
