Monthly Highlights Information
As the community continues to rapidly expand, the necessity for a monthly overview of happenings related to the Dystopiatic Eco Role-plays has presented itself. The Monthly Highlight Program is a new program designed to allow members to take a look at what’s been going on in our community each month. Each month members of the Staff, with recommendations from the MVPs, will compile a thread with links to various stories from around the RP boards. We’ll search out the best thread of the month, the best post of the month, inform members of upcoming contests and news, and select a Role-player of the month.
Role-player of the Month
The Role-player of the Month Program will allow for members of the Staff to select a member whose contributions to the community’s Role-play and Art boards has been particularly exceptional for the month. The winner will receive a custom icon and special rank which they will get to sport for the whole month, as well as a bonus twenty orbs.
There are only a couple rules to keep in mind:
Q: Can I nominate a member or a member's post?
A: Yes. The staff is open to nominations; however, nominations are not vote and the final decision remains up to the staff.
Q: How do I nominate a member or member's post?
A: To make a nomination simply send a Private Message to either DVM-501 or princedee.
Q: Can I nominate myself?
A: Simply put, No. You can only nominate a fellow member whom you believe has earned the recognition (not just your friends).
Q: Someone is asking me to nominate them. What do I do?
A: Inform one of the staff members via Private Message. Petitioning for nominations is not permitted and any such actions are immediate grounds for disqualification.
