I've been contemplating a few things lately about the forums. Unfortunately with school and other things it's all that I've had time to do the last month with the forums and I apologize for that, the loyal membership here deserves much more attention from me as the head Admin.
With my time to think the last month I've really been working over the current character submission system that it is currently utilize by this site and I've come to the conclusion that there needs to be a small change. Don't worry, this is change that I believe everyone will very much like.
From hence forth members may kill off a character in order to make room for a new character if they have reached their character limit. Due to the style of the RPs killing off a character in the past has meant nothing more then a set time in which the character is no longer available for RP, but can still be used in RPs set in earlier times, so a character's death has had no effect on the number of characters that members have been allowed to have.
With the new system you will have a choice when you kill of a character. You can keep the character and move like the old system where you can still use the character in earlier RPs, or you can have one of the Moderators move the character's profile to The Wasteland and never use the character again in an RP, freeing up a slot in your character limitation. Just remember to let a member of the staff know which one that you've chosen to take with your character so that we'll be able to act accordingly.
