Appearance: Evey is about five feet seven inches in height. She has icy blue eyes that fade from sky blue to lighter more powdery blue in the center. She has light brown hair with light blond highlights that come about mid-length on her back. She rarely puts her hair in a ponytail or braid
so it always in down. She has goggles that holds back most of her hair but still some of her bangs can be seen popping out from under it. She wares a black undershirt with a maroon jacket over top it is filled with some holes and tares it is worn from repeated use. She wares faded jeans that are covered with mud and grass stains. She has worn down brown boots that strap up to her knees. The only piece of jewelry she owns is a silver ring with the word “dream” engraved in it
In fall of haven her staff is turned into a spear, the power cell used for some odd precursor statue. To accommodate the change she bought herself a leather back pack to easily slide the weapon.
Posture: She has a very laid back slouched posture
Personality: Evey is a person who likes to jump into a situation and take a few people with her. She has a moderately quick temper and is not afraid to fight for her opinions She is very outgoing and enjoys making conversations with people no matter how menacing. She is very bad at love, flirting never being one of her strong points.
Occupation: Works as a bartender/waitress at the port
Abilities/Skills: She is very good with hand to hand combat.(and staff on cranium combat.
Powers: Sage level light eco
Weapons: She has a old staff that she bargained for in the bazaar it is a rusty brown color with a orb on top that holds what looks to be a power cell inside. The main sick of the staff contracts so it is easy to put away(although Evey usually forgets and leaves it be)
She also owns a Elite Ranger that her brother stole for her before her battle with DB.

Story about them/History: Evey was born into a poor family of four and lived in a scrawny house in the slum district. Her mother had died a few months after her birth, a group of metal heads from Dead Town breaking though the protective barrior and killing her. Evey ended up being the only girl in the house after that and ended up acting like one of the guys. She grew up on her fathers “cooking” and her older brothers hand me downs.
Evey's brothers had always admired the Krimson Guard officers, seeing them as the city's protectors. When they were both old enough they enlisted. Throughout the training they would pass down the lessons to her, making it somewhat like a self defense class for her.
After they had become full members of the KG and two years had past a catastrofic event caused the family to feel broken appart. During and underground attack, Zale, Evey and Mick's brother was shot. There were no medics on scene to assist him and when Evey had got the call he was already to far gone. She blamed herself, her light eco couldn't save him and was useless. This attack caused her to loose interest in her eco completely, since she deemed it useless.
Shortly after this Mick was promoted to work inside the Baron’s prison, and sadly the only thing that came home after he was promoted was the part of the money he earned and a small letter saying he missed them. On the day of her birthday that year her father scrounged up enough extra money to buy her a ring and had it engraved with the word “dream” written in precursor on the top of it.
As the years past her father grew more frail his smoking and drinking habits and his age were catching up to him. By the time Evey was seventeen her father had already past away. With Mick away in the KG and the rest of the family dead, Evey adopted the house as her own and got a job as a bartender.
After a wile Evey's friend Neko moved in permanently, taking her brother Zale's room and working a bit with her at the bar.
