Evey moved away from the counter looking at the man who was flashing around his badge. She rolled her eyes and started occupying her time by playing with the ring on her hand running her fingers on the engravings.

Thanking the woman Kelinna stood back up, "I'm just not used to all the sounds of the city and what not I guess." Letting out a nervous laugh she placed the balanced books on the counter hoping she had enough to cover the price.
Noticing the man flash his KG badge she froze in fright for a moment, Kelinna needed to keep her emotions under control not wanting another light show to happen due to her eco reacting to her fear.

"Hey a scare once in a wile lets you know your alive." Evey said keeping her eyes focused on her ring. She let out a small yawn."And besides this city should make you jump once in a wile." She said letting out a small smile.

"Yeah, you're right about that. It's not Haven City if you're not afraid." Dale joked, nervously laughing. "Hey Pyro." He replied to Pyro and returned to looking at the books. He didn't see anything interesting, so he went to the next shelf but he was hoping that the rain would end so he get out soon and get back to work.

While scrolling through the books Rawling realized that this really wasn't his thing. He heard Pyro talking his KG nonsense and gave him a small wave,"Hey Pyro."
He then walked around for a bit and noticed that a green haired girl seemed a litle scared. He walked up beside her and spoke softly. "Is it the thunder or the KG the reason you're scared," He then notioned to hand him a couple of the books to play off his whispering.

Typical day just got worse for Starus with the rain hammering down on him and his regiment. "Don't worry boys, its just water."
They maintained their patrol on the streets, walking along each side. Starus then noticed a elderly woman standing in the rain on the road's curb. He walked to her and tipped his hat, "Ma'am, this rains pretty heavy. You should find shelter." The woman told him the she was trying to get home across the street.
Starus worked as traffic gaurd, ordering the shielding battalion to block and stop traffic. He notioned the old lady to cross. With a look of both confusion and gratefulness she said "Thank you." He tipped his hat to her. "Have a good day ma'am."
After she crossed,they went back into formation a two columns on each side of the street. Starus sounded of a cadence to put them on the right step. You could hear their foot steps marching through the water.

Evey begged silently for the rain to cease, she couldn't stand the boring of the bookstore. The thudding of the rain could be herd resonating through the shelfs of the bookstore. Evey let out another yawn, the sound of the rain lulling and the atmosphere of the bookstore making her tired.
Evey gave up the messing with her ring and stared instead at the power-cell spinning silently around the inside of her staff.

Evey looked up from her staff and looked at the man with the badge. They all secretly love the badges. She thought thinking about her brother. Wonder what he is doing now? She let out a sigh and averted her gaze to the windows of the bookstore and watched as the rain strike the window.

Kelinna kept focus on the books in front of her not turning to face the person behind her. "I guess you could say both frightens me" keeping her voice barely above a whisper she handed him the top book off her pile.
Looking up at the KG, Kelinna weakly smiled at him, holding a larger book in front of her as a shield almost. "Oh um...I guess your just doing your job" Quickly turning her head to look out the window she was disappointed when she saw that it was still drizzling.

The drenching rain beat down, fogging up Neko's glasses. She looked around for refuge, and saw a small store
"Lil' known facts. Must be a book store." She walked into the dry room, staring at the large group of people massed here
" Oopsie. I didnt know there was a meeting going on." She walked to the side of the store, looking at the books. There on the shelf was a book about green eco. She picked it up, meaning to buy it. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a small twinkle.
" Evey," She called. "Is that you?"

"Neki?" Evey said releif flooding her makeing a smile creap across her face. She walked over to Neko and gave her a hug. "Thank the precursers you came. I thought I was going to become so bord that I was actualy going to have to read." Evey wispered into Neko's ear before pulling out of the hug. The thought of reading made her chuckle a little.
