And for everyone's view pleasure I have created a concept art of one of the new characters that some of you may have noticed flying through the air thanks to Deco. Nice, and I like the shadow under Scratch. It makes it look as if he is sitting on the signature.
And thank you everyone for the compliments. But this little guy couldn't have been created with out the other two insane minds of DVM and Deco. Needless to say we should have me, Deco, and DVM in one room.

BTW, I dont recall seeing any metal head that looked similar, he looks more like a dragon... but im sure you know that already

Yes I know, I couldn't help it. Still I'm happy that he is getting the reaction he is out of everybody.
To answer your question DB no he is not like the other metal head. If fact he was originally going to be like one of the common grunts you see in the game just some what cuter but sadly it couldn't be done. So instead I just made up a metal head concept.
This is completely fine because if you go and look at the concept art of Bob Rafei you will find that he had created many metal heads that never appeared in the game. Because of this I was able to work on the concept of Scratch, observing some of the designs he had used and also observing the relative freedom he had with the creation of the metal head.
