I do not own anything in the Jax and Daxter universe because if I did then I would be a very wealthy person. I only own Kelinna and a couple of other odd ball characters that might show up and please be gentle this is kind of my first fan-fiction.
Kelinna was afraid; she didn’t know where she was or where her family was. All she could remember was when the strange men came to their tiny house and knocked her father out for trying to stop them.
“Papa’s head was bleeding really badly” she remembered when he fell down after the scary person hit him, closing her eyes tightly Kelinna tried to stop the tears from falling. “I have to be strong that’s what momma said be strong Kelinna”.
Sitting up the small girl looked around and to her dismay she was trapped in a small, dank, and dirty room. Noticing a small light at the top, Kelinna spotted a small window. Climbing on top of her bed she tried to reach the tall panel, barely reaching pass her own ears. She tried to hold back her tears of frustration.
“It’s not fair! I have to reach it but how” Trying to jump up to the window, she paused in mid-jump when the sounds of footsteps echoed throughout the hallway.
Taking timid steps up to the glass wall to see out Kelinna could hear some of the other people around her murmuring about the strange doctor coming. Finally the footsteps where getting louder and louder followed by other footsteps, letting out a whimper of fear Kelinna ran to hide under her sheets hoping whomever was coming would take no notice of the shivering cloth covered girl.
“How is everyone today?”
A loud but deep voice shouted in the doorway to the prison cells, the unknown figured walked over to a cell and banged loudly on the door “I SAID HOW ALL OF YOU ARE TODAY!” Peaking her head out of the sheets Kelinna saw the yelling man across from her cell; he was a tall man with his black hair combed back neatly.
As she studied the strange man she noticed that his jacket was covered in blood, letting out a small gasp Kelinna looked up as one of the men with him observed her. Watching him in fear tap the tall man on the shoulder and motion toward her Kelinna could feel her tears fall.
“Well, well finally up are we? That’s good at least we know the injection didn’t kill you, honestly we lose some many young ones due to the sleeping injection.” Trying not to hyperventilate as the man talked Kelinna noticed that he was writing something down.
“Why….where am I?” Her voice fearful and weak, the man finally deciding to take notice of the girl’s question smiled down at her. His face turning into a twisted grin “why my little one you’re here for my own amusement” motioning for the guards to take her.
Kelinna’s screams could be heard down the hallway as she was taken to to the laboratory for the first time.
