The Rise of Light, the Fall of Darkness

Lev nodded and Rev motioned for Nephra to get into the defenses. People within were passing out the food and drink they had taken from all over the hotel and stockpiled into the room as well. "Don't worry we've got this covered." Lev and Rev said once again in unison.

[Tatsu]

Tatsu opene dthe door then closed it. He turned into his light form, then made a shield around the room. He then started to attack the metal heads. He got further and further. He went back to his house and searched more. With no suprise there Remi was under the bed where no one could see. "Remi love, please come " He said. He went and grabbed her. A metal head jumped on him attacking him.

Bronx ran in with his knife and jumped on the metal head. He cut its head off. "Hey Tatsu, I saw you come in so I decided to fallow, hurry lets go." Bronx said to him.

"Thanks" Tatsu said, he had bronx get up on his shoulders, he then got Remi and made his way bakc to the hotel. He got to the room and released the shield. He then broke the door open. He remade the shield befor eany metal heads could get in. His knees hit the ground and Nephra ran to him.

Rev fetched some water from the stock and handed it to Tatsu while the rest of the people on the current guard duty split up and guarded the door, the window, and the shelter. Lev walked up to Tatsu, his family, and friend. "Come on get into the shelter. Rest up we will guard till the next shift, then we can work you in somehow with the shifts."

[Tatsu]

"I must remain awake for th shield to work, I am alright...Take Remi neph, feed her, she is hungry." Tatsu said. His face then showed a horrible pain, he hit the floor and Bronx jumped off. Tatsu's side was bloody.

Nephra then put Remi in a little crib she found in the room. She ran to Tatsu and flipped him to his side. "Breath, listen, rest they can handle it, focuse on healing your wound." Nephra said sweetly. She kissed him, and he fell asleep.

A few men helped move Tatsu into the shelter and once again everyone who wasn't on shift was moved into the shelters and they were closed again. Hours passed and several more waves came and were destroyed. It was time for shift change and Lev and Rev were resting in the shelters. They had lost three men so far, and they didn't know how long they could last like this.

[Tatsu]

Tatsu's eyes opened, he rose. "What happened. " He siad, then his eyes grew. "The shiled, I need to create it!" He yelled. He had the men come in and he went into a meditation form. His body turned light and a sheild was created. Nephra walked over to him. She started to tend to the wound. When she put the cloth on, it was gone.

"Tatsu, what will I do with you." She said hugging him. "We are safe for now, everyone must however be quiet for Tatsu to concentrate." She said to all in the room.

Lev and Rev were whispering to one another quietly in the corner. Their conversation was just about how much longer their supplies would last and that was only about maybe a week, but that depended on if someone became sick or injured in that time.

[Tatsu]

Tatsu couldn't help but over hear. "No one will be sick and this will end in two days, trust me." He said heavenly and no emotion. Nephra just smiled at him, relieved that he was back to his regular self.

They had no choice but to trust him so everyone rested up for as long as they could but they knew Tatsu couldn't keep that shield up forever and soon they would be fighting for their lives again.

[Tatsu]

The time came when Tatsu had to rest from his shield work, it would have destroyed him. He got up and with his scythe in his right hand he walked to the door. " I will fight them off, like I said before watch the room, watch my wife. " He said walking out. Bronx fallowed him.

"Till the end partner." He said smiling.

Tatsu saw him. "To the end." He said smiling to. They started to fight off the metal heads. The swung their blades feircely.
