The Rise of Light, the Fall of Darkness

Lev was sitting back in a Spargus market drawing the scene around him. Today was a leisure day for him and his brother. They didn't have any paid work to do till they went to the appointed place their employer had chosen. So taking the chance of the free time he sketched all he saw and with great detail and accuracy. His brother Rev was slowly drinking a beer next to him while mentally sketching what he saw around them. Rev and Lev had partial photographic memories but only when it involved art.

Rev taking in mental pictures showed a false smile to all those who looked his way, but on the inside he was criticizing them for anything he could see. That woman is too fat, I hate her. That man has a hump, he looks stupid. Man how much I hate people!

[Tatsu]

Tatsu was holding Remi, their daughter. His white cloak still made him look like a white blobb. His wife stood next to him, he stomuch showing, showing a fine tight abes and ran all the way up to her beautiful smile and shining face, with krystal blue eyes. Tatsu was also critisizing people, he hated them all, they were to stuck up and worry about only themselves.

Rev's eyes fell upon a couple with their child. He immediately hated them right when he saw them. It reminded him of painful memories that were better forgotten. He took another swig of his beer and wiggled his nose. He loved the taste of alcohol, and it was even better when he had such a high tolerance to it.

Lev's eyes also fell upon the couple. He showed distaste on his outer features but inside he liked them, because he liked everything even if he didn't show it. He continued drawing but he added the coupled into the picture. He had already used several sheets just drawing the busy market scene. He would need to buy a few new sketch books soon, the ones he had were short on free pages.

[Tatsu]

Nephra turned her head and her krystal blue eyes landed on Rev. She smiled at him then went back to Tatsu's eyes, she then picke dup Remi. "I need to go feed her." Nephra said to Tatsu.

Tatsu bowed his head. "Be back soon, and watch your back." He said smiling unde rhis clamp. His eyes landed on Lev, Tatsu showed some hello in his eyes, but the rest was of nothing.

"I will, you be careful to." She said. She turned around, she was wearng a half dress. And a belly shirt. She started to walk off with Remi in her arms.

Rev stood up and dusted himself off. "I'm gonna go buy more beer. Want some?" He knew what Lev's answer would be before he asked the question, but he enjoyed asking the question anyways. He took the last drink and tossed it into a bin nearby.

Lev shook his head and also stood up. "I hate parting ways, but i need to go buy some more art supplies. I'll get you some as well." They never really left each others side. Just when Rev wanted to buy beer and Lev had an excuse to not go he would use it. "So lets meet near the big building we sketched yesterday, and don't go buying beer for me i don't want any." He walked off tucking his pencil into his pocket and examining his drawings while walking in and out of traffic.

Rev muttered an smart comment about thinking about it, and walked off in the opposite direction. He headed right for the place he could buy beer. When it came to alcohol Rev never took his time. He bartered with the salesmen for a little while and came out with a carton of beers. He threw away the carton and put all the beers in his bag making sure they couldn't break.

Lev also headed directly towards the place he could buy art supplies and replenished his stock and bought extra's for his brother's. They would need to buy more in a few weeks but the money they were about to make would still give them a profit even with all the supplies they bought. On his way out he bumped into the man in white had seen earlier.

[Tatsu]

Tatsu caught Lev and his scythe that went to fall on Levs foot. "I am sorry, please excuse me, I was just looking for my... sorry." He said letting go of Lev and then strapping his scythe to his back again. The clamp was slivery and had an odd design to it.

Nephra was in a hurry, she forgot what time it was and she spen tthe whole time singing to Remi that while she was running she didn't see Rev. She bumped into him almost knocking Remi out of her arms.

Lev grunted and shrugged saying "It's fine dude." He acted like he didn't care but he never knew why. Maybe he was being influenced by his brother but he could never actually not care about someone.

Rev looked at her a smiled a false cheery smile. "I'm sorry are you alright mam?" He pretended to be concerned but all he wanted to do was get back to his brother, and drink alcohol. As a matter of fact he opened one of his new bottles and took a swig of it. Some would say he was addicted but it was more like a necessity.

[Tatsu]

Nephra saw right through him. "If there is something you want to say, please say it, because like you I can put a false face on." She said in a singing dark voice. She held Remi tight and took a stance. Her knives were attached to a band on her leg.

Tatsu started to walk, he was now worrying of where is wife was. "Neph!" He yelled, but stoped. "Huh, this is pointless, we are in the biggest city and I will most lkely not find her." He said lookng down.

Lev smiled and flipped through his sketch book. "If you mean this lady that you were with a little while ago. Then she headed off in that direction, when I stopped sketching and that way leads to a dead end. Which means since she hasn't doubled back she is still there." Since he was kind and liked all people he felt no regrets in sharing his knowledge of the city, or the fact that just by sketching he could draw conclusions on to where people would be.

"Hmm interesting, but I intend nothing. You can see through my face, well then you should know i hate all people. I only like my brother and when I said I was sorry i was intending to get back to my brother." He could be truthful with this woman. She could see through his face, and he had a really good false face.

[Tatsu]

"Yes, I intend to go back to my husband. I did not mean to sound mean or anything, I merely have to watch my back and all, ah yes, my husband is like you to, hates all people, but me and his daughter." She said smiling at him. Thank god not another fan boy! She practicly yelled in her mind.

"Let me see." Tatsu saw the drawing, he inspected it. "This is good, but my wifes but is a bit more flabby." He said laughing to himself. "Tell me what is your name?" He asked. Please don't let it be another 'Dan' I met over 20 of them. He thought to himself while waiting for an answer. He tried to hid his eyes and hair so the man wouldnt think he was a freak or anything. Than he tried to bring his right mechanicle arm in the cloak fully.
