Yes. Every character starts at beginner's level with only one eco. After the character has been approved then you can purchase additional ecos and higher power levels. This is also the case for new character created by old members. Membership statues means nothing for power levels and number of powers. |

I would like to buy 2 quantities of basic blue eco, for Lythron, for 40 orbs total, and 2 for red eco, for Zrion, for a grand total of 80 orbs for both characters.

Though I have it so that everyone buys eco powers, I'm not so mean that I make everyone buy the eco itself. Once you have the power you only need to come back here for either an upgrade or a new power to add to the one you already have. Also basic powers cost 50 orbs (for the four elemental ecos), the 20 is if you are selling the eco power. Sorry that the buying/selling got a little mixed up for you there. |

Just making sure before I remove the orbs for the transaction. is each powers for the character that already has that power listed, or for the other character? Cause your first eco is free, so you don't have to spend any orbs. |

Alright, so in that case Zrion will get the Red, for 50 orbs, and Lythron gets the blue for free then.

Eco powers are not tired to the member, only the character. Now, if you wanted you could flip that and still make the purchase. Then both character could have a second eco. You are free to use your orbs how ever you'd like and for which ever character you'd like. |

Alright...So in that case, blue for Lythron, Red for Zrion, and I'll save my orbs for later. And it's my fault really, I've been slow lately, probably because school's been out so long.
