Good evening Dystopiatic members,
There have been many major updates over the last week and I feel that I owe it to the active members of this site to take the time to provide a little news brief on these updates.
For starters the New Users Guide has had a bit of an over haul. With the upgrade on the forum software a few months back the character limit for posting was raised quite significantly, so this evening I went through and put all three sections of the New Users Guide into one post. This was actually the original plan for the NUG, but the limit prevented such a thing, but now the NUG is as it should be. Also there has been an entirely new section added to the NUG. Thanks to the efforts of one of our newest members, larkpzanuk, who wrote the new section, we now have information on the proper grammatical way to write your Role-plays. Please make sure to drop her a PM tanking her for her hard work. Lastly, I have also edited the NUG so that it contains updated information.
I also have a few update on the main site. I have updated all of the existing galleries with the new images that our creative and artistic members have been posting. I should have a gallery up some time in the near future for larkpzanuk's art work as well. We also have the addition of a Stories page on the main site to contain an index for the Role-play Stories/Fan-fiction that you all write. At this time larkpzanuk is the only one to begin writing a story so her work of literature is currently the only on in the index. In addition to the stories index, larkpzanuk's story has it's own page for viewing in an organized linear format. Lastly I have added an index for information on all of the Jak & Daxter games. However at this time Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy is the only game that I have been able to create an information page for, and even that is not quite complete at this time.
