Go to the pumping station, and go to the third large pipe. Once there, turn into dark Jak, then turn into the giant dark Jak. when you do, you should be able to jump onto a ledge on the pipe. Use unlimited dark Jak, you may turn back before you can get to the top. Do it right, and you can get on top off the mountain for a view off Haven City
