When outside the race arena, get in a zoomer and back up slowly into the corner outside Kira's workshop. If you mess with it and do it right, you will be able to get into Kira's workshop where she is working on the Rift Rider.

The corner is the corner on the high grass area to the left when you walk into the arena area. It's right in front.
