(RP is for Zefer, Zephan, and Zrion.)
The Industrial Zone, as its name suggested, was full of factories that created all sorts of gadgets, vehicles, useless junk, and most importantly, weapons. In the day, activity boomed. But at night, the factories were silent. In some cases, if not most, guards were hired to look out for intruders, protecting the valuable 'stuff' that these factories produced. But in reality, the only factory that had guards was the munitions factory, which made weapons for the Krimson Guard that ruled over Haven City.
It was once again night time, but this time it was different. As the last worker left the munitions factory, someone was watching. A small grey furry creature, wearing a pair of jeans, a black long-sleeved shirt over his dark orange t-shirt and a pouch, watched from a building across the street. The creature squinted his eyes. He's been here for a few days now, looking out for weak points in the munitions factory. He already found a few; the loading docks out back, ventilation shaft from the roof, even the front entrance if someone knew how to hack the doors. Security wasn't much of a problem, as it was less fortified then the Fortress or Palace, meaning most likely the Krimson Guard didn't expect this place to be attacked.
Seeing that the cost was clear, the creature took out a a communicator, the device hovering in front of him. He spoke. "This is Zefer, coast is clear, for now."
A second voice spoke out from the communicator, a male. "Understood Zefer. Thanks to you, we already know where we are attacking. One group will use a charge to get into the loading bay, while a second one will enter through the main entrance. We already got someone who's skilled with hacking, hell, I bet the guards wouldn't be expecting us coming in from there."
"They put their time patrolling the spots they think will be breached, not expecting someone to just walk in from the front entrance. Loading bay should be a bit dicey, but from what I saw, there is usually two or three guards patrolling the inside there." He showed a slight smirk to the communicator. "And of course, I got the vents."
"You're the only one who can fit into their without drawing to much attention. Least they would think that your a rat crawling around. Use that to your advantage. If all works out, we will be able to seize and/or destroy a major aspect to the Krimson Guard, possibly get us some weapons in the process." Zefer could imagine the man smiling for a moment. "Remember the signal."
Zefer nodded. "Right, I still remember. I'll see you later on, Zefer out."
While he doubted things will work perfectly, there was still some hope. Seizing or destroying this factory would deal a major blow to the Krimson Guard. No munitions factory, no new weapons. No weapons, no chance at fighting. And if the Underground gets their weapons in the process, then maybe they get a fighting chance.
A single light blinked twice from a nearby window, catching Zefer's attention. The signal was made, the raid on the Munitions Factory begins now.
