The snow seems to be causing a huge bit of lag on the chat. I can't type anything in half the time. I am using Firefox, and I have never had a problem with chatting on the box before.

Happened with me, The snow made meh compy lag a lot so I couldnt really be on chat long
well another best thing is to go up to page, style, no style. It takes the snow off and basically makes no style layout for the page you are currently on.
Helped a lot for me... until my comp over heated XD.

Same here, and I have a great computer too, just bad internet.
Besides it's a slap in the face because we got snow the day AFTER Christmas (btw we've had snow in December about three times in the last century around here)

Well I found out that if you use IE the chat runs correctly, a little slow, but correctly so it might just be that firefox can't understand it .

Sorry about that. The snow script and Firefox don't really like each other all that much. IDK about IE, but I know that with Safari and Chrome the amount of snow on screen is actually double that of what you see on Firefox, and actually looks a lot better then on Firefox. As for it lagging the chat room you wont have to worry about that for much longer. With the end of the holiday season coming so does the snow on DE. It's a temporary script for the festivities.
