Name: Scott Raynor (Codenamed: Shade)

Appearance: He stands a good 6'1" with a medium sized well fit body type. His eyes are normally a rich blue but his pupils are a glassy white when the "Perfect Eye" is activated. His hair is a medium brown loosely brushed back and he has a light beard on his jawline and chine. But his most noticeable feature about him his that his ears are unnaturally short. This is because he had his long ear trimmed to about inch and a half from his head(Making them the length of a REAL human's ears.) The reason for this is so that his long ears wouldn't give him away.
When not mission bound he wheres a nice black suit, with a white shirt, and a golden tie clip for a bit of class.
But in service he wheres a special type of stealth suit designed by a group of scientists who once did work for the Baron concerning dark eco. The suit utilizes the mutating science of dark that allows it to change pattern, color, and texture to what Scott wants to blend into. This gives him the perfect camoflauge no matter where he his making him nearly invisible.
The suit is skin tight so that all excess material is kept at a minimum and is nearly completely made of a rubber-like material except where mobility is needed. These places are the elbows, knees, ankles, bottoms of the feet, hips, sides of the body, fingers, and palms. These spots are covered my a mesh like material that has the same camoflage technology. There is also a full head mask that is made of the same rubbery material except for where the and nostils are. They are covered by the mesh-like material.
Along with the suit he wears a harness to keep any kind of emergence gear on him. Small rations, clips, smokes. He wears which ever harness best fits with the mission area (Example: In the forest= Olive green; Urban Area= gray)

Posture: Dignified but relaxed
Personality: He seems serious and his face never seems to change from that expression. But he has a sense of humor that some may seem is rude or crude.
Occupation: Spy, tactician, and stealth soldier of a branch of the Underground that strictly deals with obtaining intel and asassinations.
Abilities/Skills: Scott is a master of his own developed fighting technique. This form of close quarter combat disarms the enemy and uses his weapon against him in a melee strike. It also makes goos use of short, powerful strike to various sensitive nerve points and puts stress on the joints of the opponent in order to put them into submission.
Powers: The "Perfect Eye" system is an experiemental devise that is planted into the eyes of the user. With these "eyes"mthe user can use a wide variety of sight enhancing functions: Night vision, heat vision, eco detection(can see and trace where any eco has been whether it be in a person or not), binocular, weapon analysis(analyses any known weapon within the central command database), heart beat detection, sonar vision(can detect movement within 15 feet of him in all directions.) The device can the activated or deactivated at will.
Everything needed in a mission to see anything and everything in the light or in the dark. The analysis functions are displayed in a HUD like format. The "Eyes" also allow Scott to see through the rubberlike material of the mask.
He has no use for eco and chooses not to use it for it may give him away to any other individuals or any other eco detecting devices.

Story about them/History:
Scott Raynor was born into a military family. His father was a guard captain and his mother a sergeant. It was a rough childhood with his parents expecting to follow in their footsteps as guardsmen.
And so he did. Living up to the expectations of his parents, he enlisted in the KG at the age of 16. But simple patrol and shooting just didn't settle well with him. What he was interested in was covert ops. Stealth and sneaking just like he used to do as a kid to sneak off from his parents.
He was especially good at it. Soon enough he was in training for covert ops missions and was the top of his class. Upon completing training he was giving his first assignment. To follow a suspected Underground operative and exploit the location of their headquarters. Scott tailed the operative straight into the head quarters and that is when He under went a revelation. He listened to the conversations and briefings of the Underground. He understood their purpose and the reason for their revolt. And he agreed with it.
Being pulled between the factions of this civil war going on in Haven City he began making his escape when a operative took notice of his ears and spotted him on sight. He was captured and was taken prisoner. He was interrogated and questioned about the KG and his mission. He put everything on the table and requested to be part of the Underground. After several discussions between the head officers we was finally admitted among the ranks of Underground.
His job was to put his skills into use and perform the same duties as he did in the KG. It was no problem. But Scott wanted something done to ensure that he will never be spotted again. After a well thought out and quick surgery, his ears were cut down to his head. Never to stick out and give him away again.
Soon after, scientists who had converted from the Baron to Underground developed the stealth suit that he currently uses for missions as well as the "Perfect Eye" system. Now he acts as the Underground's eye over the city. When there is something of interest going on, he's sure to be there in the shadows, watching and obtaining valuable intel.
