Appearance: Rayne has the same coppery colored hair that her twin has, it is short and curly, more with ringlets than afro curly. She has a dark chocolate colored eye and a light cyan blue eye. She is pretty short only 5'3" and she is very skinny weighing about 90-100lbs. She has three piercings in her left ear and a tattoo on her stomach and around her left ankle of fire designs. She looks very similar to her mother in the shape of her body, flat chested and short.
Posture: Rayne's posture is pretty straight, but her shoulders hunch in slightly. She always looks at the ground and has pretty short strides.
Personality: Rayne is quiet and shy. She is the complete opposite of Shane who is upbeat and happy at all times. She usually keeps to herself unless she is with her brother. Rayne tries to blend in with the crowd not wanting to draw any attention to herself. She hates being talked down to just because she can not speak. She is good at showing her emotions by the expression on her face and her posture. If she is with Shane he'll usually speak for her because it's easier for her that way.

Abilities/Skills: Rayne is extremely artistic. She loves drawing and could be an artist. She enjoys using technology and fixing things more though. She has the ability to take apart anything and put it back together blind folded whether she is familiar with the object or not.

Weapons: Rayne's only weapon is a small dagger she keeps in a thigh sheath. She keeps it on her purely for self-defense.
Relationships: Brother Shane, friends Raven and Jace.
Story about them/History: Rayne grew up in a decent household. Her parents got along well and loved their children. She was born a twin of her brother Shane who is only a mere three minutes older. Rayne is different though, born without a voice box made her unable to not only speak, but laugh, scream or whisper. She made it through school pretty close to the top. She had few friends, her best friend being Shane.
Rayne's father was a KG officer, which is what her brother Shane wanted to become when he was old enough. Rayne on the other hand loved fixing things. She was extremely smart when it came to different technologies. She tried getting a few jobs, but being unable to speak cost her those opportunities. She couldn't do any type of interview which made things more difficult. Rayne lives with Shane in a decent sized house for two people because she has no way of paying for her own place. Their parents are both dead from older age and a sickness that they have yet to figure out.
