Name: Ragnor

Appearance: Ragnor weighs in at about 235 pounds, as he is fairly muscular and stands at 5'9. He always has a rather rugged look to him. His skin is white, but very tan and tough-looking. He has a mustache, beard, and hairstyle (all brown) that looks like this. He has brown eyes. His clothing consists of faded blue jeans (full length), brown steel-toed boots, and a cowboy hat (Click me) For a shirt, the coloring varies but always follows this general style: (Click me) Around his waist, he wears a brown, leather ammo belt where his pistol is holstered, and he keeps all of his ammunition.
Posture: He always seems to be relaxed, and he walks in a very arrogant manner. His head is always held high. When standing still, he’ll often find a wall/tree/rock to lean backwards against. When sitting, he lays back as much as he can.
Personality: There is one word that sums him up: Arrogant. He’s a very fun-loving person, and nearly impossible to get down. He’s almost always in a cheerful mood, and humility is not a word in his vocabulary. He’s arrogant to the point where most people find him very annoying, and as a result he has few friends (Despite this, he still doesn’t regret it). Arrogant as he is, he never doubts himself and he’ll run headlong into just about anything. However, this is also his weakness, as he will often engage a superior enemy before really considering the consequences. He almost never plans anything out before he goes through with something, but he still maximizes his advantages, preferring to take out enemies at long-range rather than get up close.
Occupation: Varies. He’ll do just about anything that allows him to shoot something. Escorting VIPs, hunting Metal Heads down, bounty hunting, you name it.
Abilities/Skills: The most defining feature of Ragnor is his incredible aim. With his rifle, he is amazingly accurate and is known for his skill. His reaction time is also excellent, and he reacts instantaneously to any threat that might present itself. He also has very quick hands, and by using his blue eco, he can operate the bolt of his rifle much faster and maintain a phenomenal rate of fire with the weapon. Ragnar is known for obsessively caring for his weapons. Constantly cleaning them, disassembling and reassembling, polishing metal portions, and, in the case of his rifle, heavily sands the stock. His obsession shows, as his rifle looks more like a museum artifact than a personal weapon.
Powers: Advanced blue eco. Although he is no expert with blue eco, he uses it very effectively in combat, and will frequently use it to give himself a decisive advantage against any enemies that might oppose him. However, when push comes to shove, he prefers his guns over all else.
Weapons: His primary (and favorite) weapon is a Mauser 98k Rifle, chambered for 7.92x57mm. It’s a very accurate bolt-action rifle that holds five rounds of ammunition. For a sidearm, he carries a Ruger Redhawk which fires .41 Remington Magnum rounds. He also has a Swiss army knife on him at all times.
Relationships: His main relationship is with Sendrah. He’s good friends with her because of their similar personalities, and he frequently helps her when she’s trying to piss someone off. When she’s transporting illegal items from place to place, he’s usually her escort. They like to hit bars, and have drinking competitions to see who passes out first.
Story about them/History: Ragnor grew up relatively normal. As a child, he was constantly getting into trouble at school, with his parents, and just about anywhere else. His cocky attitude and generally aggressive attitude was a magnet for trouble. It was at the age of 12 that he discovered his true passion: Guns. At the age of twelve, his father, a gun enthusiast, allowed him to shoot a rifle. Ragnor proved to have an immediate talent, and his parents allowed him to endorse on this hobby. Now, as a grown man, he still has an immense passion for guns in every shape and form, and will frequently practice his aim on anything from Plinking (shooting small, metal objects such as tin cans) to an unfortunate Metal Head at ranges exceeding 600 Meters.
