As the light faded the Dark Maker was in a crumpled heap on the ground. It let of arching sparks of dark eco along with a last loud echoing roar. The giant dark precursor body shifted and then laid still ageist a crumpled building. A small light was glowing out of the ally and then it went dark as Evey peaked around the corner her teeth clenched .
"I hate those things." She mumbled to herself clenching her arm as blood dripped down the sound going into a sick rhythm with the sound of her own footsteps. Her hand was still clenching the her spear that sparked with gray as the eco's of her and the monster collided. Evey froze when she saw Rawling on the ground his face contorted in pain. "By the precursors."She mumbled racing over to his side.
"What's broken?"

Neko eyes went wide with fear. She had no control over her green eco, and wondered what she should do about it.
" Umm......." Neko muttered. She moved closer to Rawling. Seeing the blood of a loved one al over brought horrible memories. The sounds of shrieking metal as the creatures ripped thier home apart. The glossy eyes of dead parents.
" Uh, ok." Shesaid softly, and sighed. She didn't know what she was going to do. Fake it and have the probability that Rawling would be permanently hurt, or try to heal him and see what misfortune was watching over her.

Rawling lifted his shirt and pulled the belt of his pants down just so slight on the left side. It was noticable. A misplaced piece of his hip. "Oww....." He said lifting his head off the ground to see it.
"Yea I'm fine. Just need to get this fixed." He saw how scared Neko was, "Sis, its ok. Just get me to a hospital if you can't do it. Its fine. I'd rather be laying down anyway,"He said laugh, joking that he wanted to go back to sleep.
"And Evey..." He looked at her. "You should have know better." He rested his head back down.
Sirens were beginning to sound off in the distance. Medical vehicles and hellcar siren alike.

Evey almost wanted to break into tears. He's right I should have known. . . She lifted her hand off of her wound and then sighed. "That's blood, that's a lot of my blood." She commented feeling lightheaded. Sitting down she looked over at Isabel. "Light eco, isn't going to help him."Evey paused for a long moment."I know. Even if it did I don't think it would do much good."She turned suddenly as the sirens started to go off.
"I hate that sound."

"Are you kidding?" He said to Evey, "I'm loving that sound right now... And just one question. Why the hell am i always getting hurt?" He laughed but flinched from the pain of doing so.
"Guess I'm not built for taking hits."

"Thats cause you get supper duper speedy powers. I can heal myself." Evey stuck out her tung playfully hoping to lighten the mood. Slowly flashing lights came into veiw in the distance. "Looks like your ride has arived."

A couple of paramedics ran with a gurney towards Rawling. One of them put a neck brace on Rawling but he felt the pain of his hip as they tried to move him onto the bed. "NO NO NO! Don't move me! AAKGH!"
"Sir we have to move you. This break can permanately affect you if you don't get to a hospial now."
"Hungh... Just make it quick."
Three medics surrounded him. One held his head, one held of body, the last hend his feet. "Ok on three. One, two, three!" The medics lifted Rawling up and a yelp of pain came from his mouth. but he was on he gurney and was being brought to the ambulance.

Evey watched as Rawling was heading off to the hospital, yet again. She sighed and then turned her head noticing the sound of someone screaming. "Hey you guys. . . Do you think we should make sure that everyone in those building are ok?" Evey looked harder over to the crumbling buildings, hearing small screams echoing from the rubble. "Neko. . . Isab- eh never mind so Neko do you think that you would help me make sure everyone is alright in there?"

Neko nodded to Evey.
" I thought I heard something, and I don't like hearing thisngs." She said as she slowly walked forward. She peeked into the rubble, looking for anyone who was alive.
" Hello?" She called out softly.

"Isabel!" Evey yelled marching over and snatching the child from her grasp. "Your a bad influence on little children." Looking down at the child who now was awake and confused she couldn't help but smile down at him. "Don't worry. . . I won't let her bother you. . ." She said sounding a bit mother like and then looking up and Isabel and smiling. "You traumatized him. . .tsk tsk"
