"It is not, but it shall releive you some." Tatsu said getting on the floor and meditating. "Sit in front of me and meditate." Tatsu than said.
Nephra landed on the sheild and slowly fell sideways. She than started banging on it. "come on Zephan, just one little hug!" She yelled.

Zrion did as he said. It had been a very long time since he did it. He found his core. The first thing he noticed was that it looked weak, and smaller than before. Probably the lack of meditation combined with his stress. "My core is a lot weaker than before, Tatsu."
Zephan shook his head frantically. "The last time you hugged me I felt bones cracking!"

Tatsu put his hands on Zrions head, he began to channel some of his eco and talked. "Listen to the wind and leaves, listen to the clouds above and the rain starting to fall, feel my core, dive into it and bring what eco you had back to you." Tatsu said diving into his core, he saw the weakness, he saw the stress taking it over.
Nephra sighed. "I was to excited, come on, I won't crush you this time, just a small baby hug..." She said looking down and up.

Zrion did as he said. He sighed with relief outside of the mental stasis as the stress began to leave his mind. Tatsu's own core was destroying the stress, and his own core could be felt growing stronger again, which of course helped on it's own. 'My eco core is probably the only reason I've even lasted this long' Zrion thought to himself.

"It is." Tatsu said knowing his mind. He released all the stress and took it for himself. His core than eliminated most of it. "done, Nephra will get the rest of it, well on your body later." Tatsu said opening his eyes.

Zrion opened his eyes as well. He examined his core of eco, finding it to be strong again. "That is much better Tatsu, I thank you for that. It really will help me plan better. He went over to the shelf, and got the plan. He unrolled it and placed it on the table. He already saw several big flaws he had missed due to his stress before. "No wonder all my strategies have failed.." He muttered. He took out a pen and began to work on the corrections.

Tatsu got up and slapped his hand with his scythe's side blade. "Enough. You will need to take a break fromt hat for awhile, other wise the stress will come flowing back." Tatsu said taking his scythe back. He looked on back past the tent and saw Nephra and Zephan, at it again. "Make the corrections and thats it for the day, you need rest."

Zrion nodded, and feverishly began to continue the corrections. It took only about 10 minutes to do them all. He rolled it back up. "That should do it." He glanced out at the two. "Maybe we should help before Zephan dies?"
Zephan held the shield for just a moment, before dropping it. "If you kill me I'm never going near you again."

Nephra laughed. She gently hugged him, it was an elegent hug and one that said I missed you and the whole city, etc. She let go and looked at him. "There, that wasn't painful." She said smiling.
Tatsu laughed, head to your own tent and Nephra will be there in a moment." e said walkingout of the tent, stsanding right outside the door.

Zrion sat down on the bed. Despite how he had seen Nephra in combat, he knew that she could be quite gentle when she wanted, so he wasn't really afraid.
Zephan sighed, and waited for it to end. "I missed you too Nephra." Zephan said, with a smile. "For once." He added.
