After the constrain studying of anatomy and reading coloring tutorials,I am finally getting somewhere with digital painting.  Painter X is really difficult to learn.  Anyway I felt like moving closer realism and moving away from the anime for a while,Just to develop a style I can all my own.Though I can see the flaws in the piece.Like the right eye. O__o oops So guys what do you think? |

Its very good in the area of digital art. I'm saying this because I'm horrible at it. But there is a few problems that can be fixed with practice. One is the eyes are too far apart, two the face looks lifeless...like a manicans. But things get better with time. I must compliment on the shading of the face because it is very well done.
Keep working at it.

Besides that is why art work is posted on forums and such, so it can get criticized. That is just one of the many way of getting better. I'm planning on posting my own art once I get it scanned and feel free to criticize all you want. It will actually help me. So don't feel bad, in a way it is an additional learning experience.  |

It doesn't matter if you don't draw that good, as I said before you only get better then faster. People say that I'm a great drawer but personally there are people out there that can smoke me in drawing. It helps being humble, it hurts less then when your cocky and you get shot down by someone better. |
