Appearance: He is very short for his age. He looks very girly and wiry/energetic. He has spikey white hair that is kind of long that goes up to his chin. He does not have any scars, tattoos, or piercing. His eyes are emerald green. The clothes he wears are nice and simple, mostly just a t-shirt and shorts, sometimes you see him wearing a jean jacket and jeans, which he thinks makes him look cool.
Posture: He likes to walk fast, and his posture is very straight.
Personality: He is very energetic and nice. He likes to talk to people a lot and work with people when he has missions.
Occupation: Underground member. He gets information from people.
Abilities/Skills: Very good with talking with people which is one of the reasons the underground hired him. Mostly anybody who meets him likes him. He does have a little trouble with the more serious people. He is also really good with using knives if he needs to, which is very rarely. He is also good at running away.
Powers: Blue eco intermediate level
Weapons: A small knife for emergencies

Story about them/History: Story about them/History: Kai was raised in an orphanage. His parents left him when he was very young. When he was old enough to leave he met a KG at a school he was attending and the KG taught him how to fight thinking he would join the KG after Kai graduated. Unfortunately for the KG, Kai heard that the KG was bad so he didn’t join when his friend asked him to. After that he left the KG and graduated, he heard information about the underground and decided to join. One of his close friends was in the underground and heard rumors that he wanted to join because Kai was asking a bunch of people about the underground. The friend wasn’t sure at first if Kai was ready to join or not so he tested Kai. After Kai completed the mission he was given successfully, the friend introduced him to Torn.
