Appearance: 4'11, very thin and athletic, he has along face, and wears a single goggle. e has long baige hair that stops at the bottom of his shoulder blades. He wears a green overcoat (Just like Jak's) but wears fingerless gloves. He wears a brown fedora and has baggy dark brown trousers. His shoes are tight sneaker with metal toes. He has a JetBoard strapped to his back, and a small pistol sits on his belt.
Posture: Usually lax, often seeming to bend inward, like a sort of permenant slouch, but when cautios, he usually crouches down and flicks his head around.
Occupation: Spy For The Underground
Abilities/Skills: His one goggle can zoom in and identify lifeforms. ALso, due to his size, he can move around unseen and fit into small spaces.

Story about them/History: Grew up in the city, one of the SNipes. He has always had a strange facsination with the Precursors. His parents were killed by the Baron's men for "Hosting Members of the Underground" and since, he has joined up and makes frequent trips either into the Baron's fortress or following patrols into certain areas of the city usually restricted to normal citizens.
